フリープランで登録しました。日本語の解説サイトを参考に進めていましたが、フリーの場合容量が1GB制限となっていたところ、下記のように表示されていました。

Resources per app
2.7 GBs

Private apps
1 app

Public apps
Unlimited

仕様が変わったのか、私が誤ってプロに登録しているのかわからず困っています。ご存じの方がいらっしゃいましたらご教示ください。

I started with the free Community Cloud. While following the instructions on a Japanese website, I saw that the free plan was limited to 1GB, but when I checked the limit, it said 2.7GB. I don’t remember signing up for a paid plan, so am I really signed up for the free plan?

Streamlit Community Cloud 自体はフリープランしかないので、誤ってプロに登録されていることはありません！現在、Streamlit の指すプロプランというのは、Snowflake というクラウドサービス上に Streamlit をホストすることを指していますので、ご安心ください。

恐らく、当時のリソース制限が1GBだったものの、現在は2.7GBまで緩和されたのではないかと考えられます（私も知らなかったので、情報提供助かります！）
