Visualization library for large dataset

I have a csv of about 400MB, and about half a million records / anyone can comment on whether streamlit can be performant doing regular BI visualizations for datasets this large?

Which visualization libraries are going to be performant?

Is streamlit a good choice for large dataset BI explorations?
