App link change and refresh issue

Hi Streamlit team,

Today it seems that all active links were changed to a new format, which means that everyone using our previous existing links now have to receive the new one.

Is there a way to allow the old link to be redirected to the app still?

Furthermore, at the same time, we have been experiencing an issue where the web page sometimes starts to repeatedly refresh automatically, rendering the web-app unusable. Does anyone have a temporary fix for this issue?

Do you have more details on the repeated refresh? Can you share the app that was automatically refreshing?
