I have deployed my streamlit app on Azure App Service using Docker and the app is working properly. But, it takes around 20 secs to load the app. For nearly 20 secs, it gets stuck on Please Wait page.
Is there any way to change the please wait message to something else so that I can tell my users to wait for more time?
Any news about it? It would be interesting to personalize it with an image or another message.

No, there is no way to customize that. Feel free to create an issue in the github repo to suggestion that.

Wanted to share that the “Please Wait…” message has been replaced by a new app skeleton animation in the latest release!
This helps provide a sleeker look and smoother flow to your UI. A similar visual has also replaced the “Loading…” message when certain app elements are loading, to make things more uniform.
