Package versions in deployment and local machine

Must it be the same versions of packages in both Streamlit cloud and jupyter notebook?
In my case, most of them are different .So which versions should I write to the requirements.txt ?

No, actually I was asking about for example pandas,numpy etc. But I think they don.t have to be the same version. I thought my problem was beacuse of package versions, but already solved it.Thanks anyway :v:t2:
