Hello Streamlit community!
I’m excited to share PaperGPT with you, which offers a smarter way to search and discover biomedical papers.
Using PubMed, I gathered 43,531 papers published over the last year and embedded them with SentenceTransformers and BioGPT. With the help of Streamlit, I developed a user-friendly app that makes it easy for researchers to find the papers they need.
Unfortunately, due to resource limitations, I was unable to deploy PaperGPT on Streamlit Cloud. It is currently deployed on Google Cloud Run, and I’m hoping to migrate back to Streamlit Cloud if more resources become available.
