Please Wait

I deployed an app on community cloud and some people (using their work computer?) are unable to view the app and are stuck at a blue “Please Wait” notification.

My code is just an iframe to Google Data Studio. It works on some people’s computers but not others. It works fine on mine in the cloud- so must be some sort of firewall issue.

Any ideas what the issue could be or how to resolve?

Yup. Work-related issue. You need to ask your admins to unblock the app domain.

Thanks, kinda makes streamlit useless then. I’ll switch to a different platform.

I have the same issue when I try to open a streamlit app with safari. I don’t have the problem with Chrome.
