Screencast Recording issue

Hi,

I was able to record a screencast, and it shows correctly in preview, but when I save the video and watch it later, it is showing black screen with no video - audio only.

Has anyone encountered a similar issue and has a solve?

Please advise.

If you drag and drop it into your browser link address bar, it should play. Try that and see. Worked for me that way

No problem. Also, if you want to share your screencast, can’t do it as a video. Maybe you already knew that but you can send it as a gif. If you want to convert it, you can use this.
