Hey there, I have the same error.
Did you recently rename your GitHub account?
According to this thread here, the only way to resolve it yourself is to rename your Github back to the old name.

Hello Charly, I have recently changed my Github name as well. Is there a way how I can fix the issue myself without renaming the Github account (I don’t want to rename it since my last Name was missing in the old account name). Other than that it can only be resolved by the Devs going into the DB and changing something manually.
