Server error [A15]: Error creating workspace

I had an app deployed with streamlit sharing and everything was working pretty good there.
Recently I renamed my GitHub Username due to which the previous url for my web app stopped working so I relinked my Github with streamlit and tried to deploy my app again but this time it gives me an error : Server error [A15]: Error creating workspace

So how can I resolve this error ?

Hey there, I have the same error.
Did you recently rename your GitHub account?
According to this thread here, the only way to resolve it yourself is to rename your Github back to the old name.

Hello Charly, I have recently changed my Github name as well. Is there a way how I can fix the issue myself without renaming the Github account (I don’t want to rename it since my last Name was missing in the old account name). If not, could you also relay the message to change the DB manually for my account? linked Github (new name) is: old name was: https://github.com/MaximilianSoeren Best regards, Maximilian.

Other than that it can only be resolved by the Devs going into the DB and changing something manually.
