My Streamlit Community Cloud app has been crashing repeatedly and I’m unable to properly manage/restart the deployment. I was also prompted to contact support.

Additional Info:
This is a portfolio/project app built using publicly available pharma and WHO-related datasets. I had also tried using a cron/self-refresh mechanism to prevent the app from sleeping, so I’m not sure whether that contributed to the issue.
Could someone help me understand how to recover or stabilize the deployment?
