Unable to upload files (developer mode)

I’m signed in with my GitHub account, but it’s not showing me any option on the UI to upload files. I have a chatbot with index.faiss and chunks.pkl files that need to be uploaded.

I have to use Python version 3.11 for faiss to work, otherwise it would keep throwing an error.
