Can someone say how implement Web push notifications for user and subscribe/unsubscribe endpoints on Streamlit framework?

This isn’t something that’s supported by Streamlit out of the box. I think your best bet would likely be to find another Python library that implements this functionality and use that library in conjunction with Streamlit.
