There are several topics regarding exe deployment of Streamlits to other users that do not use Python. However, if there are someone who can share their experience in detail (hopefully with a video), it would be a great resource for existing and future users.
Note that some solutions require using Streamlit Sharing, I don’t think that would apply for a proper offline deployment since most of us working in private repos.
